A More Flexible
Booking Experience
Appointments are now released one month at a time to allow for greater flexibility when scheduling. Guests re-booking within 8 weeks may still reserve their next visit before leaving the salon.
On the 1st of each month at 7 PM, the following month’s availability will open online.
Can’t find the perfect spot? Join my waitlist!
If your ideal time isn't showing up in the portal, hop on the waitlist. I recommend selecting a range of days to give us more flexibility. Just make sure to leave a note with any specific dates or details you need!
My system will auto-notify you if someone cancels, and I'll keep an eye out behind the scenes for any other ways to squeeze you in.

Root Retouch - (Grey Coverage) Base color only
All Over Color - (Grey Coverage) Base color and gloss on ends
Gloss - (No Grey Coverage) Refresh tone of highlights or add tone/shine to natural hair color

Face-Frame Highlight - Base color and highlights at the front hairline- the “money-piece”
Custom Highlight Retouch - Base color, Face-frame highlights at neckline, front hairline, and top of the head.
Full Custom Highlight - Necessary when it has been longer than ~9 months since your last Full Highlight or you want to go lighter all over
Reverse Balayage - Base color, low lights, and Face-Frame Highlight only

I accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that cash payments must be made with exact change.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, I kindly ask that no additional guests be brought into the studio suite. A waiting area outside of the suite is available for anyone accompanying you.

I want you to love your hair, and I take great care in understanding and executing your vision. While I do not offer refunds, if you need any reasonable adjustments to your color or cut, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment so I can refine your result for you at no cost. Please note: Adjustments made by anyone other than Sarah Bensley will void this policy, and service costs will apply.

To help you settle in and enjoy your visit, please allow yourself a few extra minutes to make it up to my fourth-floor suite before your reservation begins.
I completely understand that life happens and traffic can be unpredictable. To ensure every guest receives the dedicated time they deserve, I offer a 15-minute grace period.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late: I will happily customize your service to fit the remaining time so we can still get you taken care of. Please note that the original service price will still apply.
If I cannot fit the service into the remaining time: We will need to reschedule your visit. A $65 rescheduling fee will apply and must be settled before booking your next appointment.

I require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $65 fee before a new session can be booked. No-call, no-shows will be barred from booking future services.
