A few helpful details to ensure your appointment feels seamless, relaxing, and personalized from the moment you arrive.
Communications
You will receive a confirmation text message one week prior to your reservation. You can confirm your appointment by simply clicking the link provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a $65 rescheduling fee.
You will also receive an email reminder three days before your appointment, followed by a final text reminder one day prior to your reservation.
Finding the Studio
My private suite is located on the fourth floor of Northpointe Center at:
12005 Ford Rd
Dallas, TX 75234
There is stress-free parking available right next to the building.
Please take the elevator to the fourth floor. While we wait for the new elevators to be installed, you’ll want to use the freight elevator, which has a separate call button located next to the elevator car.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time for parking and making your way up to the fourth floor.
When You Arrive
Once you exit the elevator, turn left toward the entrance to Ja Suites. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, please have a seat in the waiting area and send me a message by replying to your reminder text to let me know you’ve arrived.
If you are arriving closer to your appointment time, feel free to come directly back to Suite 5.
How to Come Prepared
Arrive with clean, dry hair: Starting with a clean canvas helps ensure the best possible results.
Wear comfortable clothing: Please avoid high-collared shirts and hoodies to help prevent staining. A robe will be provided for you to change into.
Bring inspiration photos: Photos help me better understand your vision, since describing color and tone can sometimes be difficult. If possible, bring images of hair you love (and don’t love), especially on someone with a similar natural hair color and complexion.
Plan for appointment timing: Some services may take several hours. Feel free to bring a book, earbuds, snacks, or your laptop if you’d like to work during your appointment.
Arrive a few minutes early: This gives you time to make it up to the suite and change into a robe if necessary.

I require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $65 fee before a new session can be booked. No-call, no-shows will be barred from booking future services.

To help you settle in and enjoy your visit, please allow yourself a few extra minutes to make it up to my fourth-floor suite before your reservation begins.
I completely understand that life happens and traffic can be unpredictable. To ensure every guest receives the dedicated time they deserve, I offer a 15-minute grace period.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late: I will happily customize your service to fit the remaining time so we can still get you taken care of. Please note that the original service price will still apply.
If I cannot fit the service into the remaining time: We will need to reschedule your visit. A $65 rescheduling fee will apply and must be settled before booking your next appointment.

I want you to love your hair, and I take great care in understanding and executing your vision. While I do not offer refunds, if you need any reasonable adjustments to your color or cut, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment so I can refine your result for you at no cost. Please note: Adjustments made by anyone other than Sarah Bensley will void this policy, and service costs will apply.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, I kindly ask that no additional guests be brought into the studio suite. A waiting area outside of the suite is available for anyone accompanying you.
